The AC Milan Academy Camp Dubrovnik 2026 (hereinafter: the “Camp”) is organized by:

By registering and completing payment, the parent or legal guardian confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Participation in the Camp is open to children who have been properly registered and for whom payment has been completed.
The parent or legal guardian confirms that:
they have the legal authority to register the child
they consent to the child’s participation in all Camp activities
The parent or legal guardian confirms that the child:
is physically fit and able to participate in sports activities
has no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation
The parent/guardian agrees to inform the organizer of any relevant medical information in advance.
In case of emergency, the organizer is authorized to arrange appropriate medical assistance.
Participation in the Camp is at the participant’s own risk.
The organizer shall not be held liable for:
injuries occurring during regular sports activities
loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
Except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
The organizer will take all reasonable measures to ensure the safety and well-being of participants during the Camp.
Participants are expected to:
follow instructions given by coaches and staff
behave respectfully towards other participants and staff
The organizer reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, without refund.
Participation in the Camp is confirmed only upon successful payment.
All prices are displayed on the website at the time of booking.
Payments are processed via the secure payment system Stripe, through the WooCommerce platform.
The organizer does not store card details.
An installment payment option is available via Stripe only for registrations completed until April 15, 2026.
After this date, installment payments will no longer be available.
The terms of installment payments (number of installments, payment schedule) depend on the payment provider (Stripe) and the Buyer’s card issuer.
The parent or legal guardian may request a refund no later than June 1, 2026.
All refund requests submitted by this date are eligible for a full refund.
Requests submitted after this date are non-refundable, except in exceptional cases at the discretion of the organizer.
In case the participant is unable to attend, the reservation may be transferred to another participant upon prior notice to the organizer.
Photos and videos may be taken during the Camp.
Such materials may be used for promotional purposes (website, social media, marketing) only with prior explicit consent from the parent or legal guardian.
The organizer reserves the right to modify the schedule or program due to unforeseen circumstances.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in Croatia.
